A boutique plaintiff personal injury firm in Boynton Beach is ready to bring on a seasoned Legal Assistant to join their team as early as next week.
This is an in-office, part-time opportunity (25–30 hours per week) with real potential to evolve into a long-term, permanent role for the right person. What You’ll Be Doing

Florida e-filing (state court)

Scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances

Hands-on trial preparation and trial support

Managing active litigation files from start to finish

Preparing, organizing, and tracking discovery

Maintaining well-structured, deadline-driven case files
What We’re Looking For
-
4+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
-
Must be fully bilingual in Spanish

Strong litigation background within a Florida law firm
-
Experience with MyCase
-
Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-obsessed
-
Confident written and verbal communicator
-
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
