Boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm
Our client, a prestigious Miami plaintiff personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their team in a temp-to-perm capacity. This role combines the responsibilities of a litigation paralegal and legal assistant, supporting attorneys on complex personal injury and medical malpractice matters.
This position is mostly remote, except when needed for trial.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and responding to discovery
- Drafting complaints, motions, pleadings, and demand letters
- Scheduling depositions and managing case calendars
- Communicating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Processing correspondence and providing overall litigation support
Qualifications:
- Prior law firm litigation experience
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Stable work history
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Federal Court experience is a plus
- Plaintiff personal injury and/or medical malpractice experience is a plus
- Paralegal certificate or degree is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
