Boutique Broward County law firm that specializes in insurance defense is looking to hire an experienced legal assistant to join their team. Candidates with minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, specifically insurance defense, will be considered. Position is in office in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job Duties:
- Drafting motions and notices and other legal documents
- Calendaring, scheduling, and eFiling
- Managing correspondence
- Trial/deposition prep
- Assist with discovery
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
- Minimum 3 years litigation experience
