A really fresh boutique law firm located in South Beach is seeking to hire an experienced legal assistant to help them out long term in a part time capacity for 2 to 3 days a week AND 2 to 3 hours a day.
This is a long term ongoing position for several months. The position could even become perm at some point, the hours could also increase in the future
They are flexible on the times of work
The position is remote, with the exception of some training time, which needs to be done at the office. You are also welcome to work on-site anytime if you would like.
The firm is looking for someone with previous commercial or civil litigation experience. Standard tasks like scheduling, e-filing, downloading and saviing files, and other admin tasks. Just need to be dependable and easy to work with.
It is a great opportunity for someone at any stage of their career as long as they have litigation experience.
