National Property Development and Management Corporation is seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with previous Foreclosure experience for their Palm Beach Gardens Office.
This position is starting right away in a temporary capacity and has the potential of becoming permanent at some point in the future if all goes well.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Where: Palm Beach Gardens; this is an “on-site” position
- When: Starts ASAP– long term; the scheduled hours are M-F, 9am – 6pm, with 1 hr lunch.
- This position will be assisting the company’s General Counsel with legal tasks, related to foreclosure matters
- Previous experience handling foreclosure or bankruptcy matters is requested.
- Position is paying $28/hr while temp. Should it become perm, they are paying a fair and competitive salary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with outside counsel, internal departments, and management.
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure completion on or ahead of deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
