A well respected regional law firm in West Palm Beach is expanding its Plaintiff Personal Injury team and is seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant for a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
This is a role with real staying power for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and wants to grow with a firm long-term.
If you have 4+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience and strong litigation skills, this role was made for you.
What You’ll Be Doing

Florida e-filing
-
Schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances

Provide hands-on trial preparation and trial support
-
Manage litigation cases
-
Prepare and organize discovery and case materials
What We’re Looking For
-
4+ years supporting Plaintiff Personal Injury matters
-
Solid litigation experience
-
Florida law firm background required
-
Experience with Client Profiles / Aderant desired
-
Strong skills in Adobe Acrobat
-
Tech-savvy, detail-driven, and highly organized
-
Confident communicator (written and verbal)
-
Self-motivated, dependable, and a true team player
