The Boca Raton office of a prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced legal assistant to join the estate planning practice group. This role is a key support position within a sophisticated practice serving high-net-worth clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment, enjoys collaborating closely with attorneys and clients, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and manage estate planning and related legal documents
- Coordinate attorney calendars, schedules, and meetings
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files
- Assist with billing, time entries, and administrative support
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of legal administrative experience, preferably in Trusts & Estates, Private Wealth, or Wealth Planning
- Strong technical proficiency and comfort with legal software and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, client-service-oriented demeanor
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
