Professional boutique law firm in South Miami is seeking a top-level Legal Scheduler to join them in a temporary / temp-to-hire capacity starting as soon as possible. This is an on-site position.
Qualified Applicant
- Must have extensive experience doing Legal Scheduling
- Will know the Courts, Portals, and all procedures
- Must have 3+ years previous litigation experience.
- Will be able to support a busy Partner with all scheduling, including but not limited to Mediations, Hearings, Depositions, Attorney Calendar, and all other legal processes
- Will be able to communicate through the portal, via email, by phone and other modes
- Will be comfortable interacting and communicating with Clients, Opposing Counsel, Judges, Bailiffs, Judicial Assistants and others
The FIRM:
- The scheduled hours are 9am – 5pm.
- This is an “on-site” position.
- The firm provides parking
- While temp, this position is paying $25+/hr.
- Should the position become permanent as is the plan, it will pay $60-70K, based on previous experience.
