Very busy Florida law firm in Broward County is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team in Fort Lauderdale, FL starting in a temporary-to-hire capacity right away.
The legal assistant position is temporary to hire and requires a minimum of 3+ year Florida Litigation experience to be the tight hand of the attorney. This is an in office position.
LEGALSECRETARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Will have at least three (3) years of recent LITIGATION legal assistant or paralegal experience in a law firm.
- Candidates must know how to schedule hearings, depositions, conferences, etc.
- Experience with Florida state e-filing is required along with subpoena experience
- Previous scheduling and e-filing experience is required.
- Must have experience with TimeMatters software.
