Our client, a solo attorney based in Miami, FL, is looking for a legal secretary or legal assistant preferably with a background in Probate and Estate Planning.
The legal assistant or secretary should have a minimum of 10 years of experience.
This is a mostly remote position. Our client would like someone that is available roughly four to six (4-6) hours a day or twenty to thirty (20-30) hours a week during regular business hours. Additional hours may be offered.
Skills:
- Strong MS Word experience
- Ability to proof and edit long documents
- Draft simple documents
- Ability to e-File in FL is a huge plus
- Strong transcription skills
- Must be computer savvy and have own home office computer
