Job Title: Probate Litigation Assistant 
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Probate Litigation Assistant to join a reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in probate litigation, though candidates with a strong commercial litigation background will also be considered. This role supports three Directors and one Associate in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or paralegal certificate is a plus.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of litigation assistant or legal administrative experience; probate litigation preferred, but commercial litigation experience will also be considered.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of Florida court procedures, e-filing, and probate case workflows.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, up to $75,000 annually, along with a competitive benefits package.
