Litigation Associate
Legal Search Solutions is working with a reputable boutique firm in Miami seeking a talented litigator to join their firm. The ideal candidate will have will have 3-6 years of experience in litigation with a preference on the plaintiff side. The role is remote with occasional in-person meetings and hearings.
Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of litigation, including independent motion and discovery practice.
- Draft and file substantive motions in federal court.
- Maintain relationships with clients, experts, and witnesses.
- Manage cases from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Admission to the FL Bar in good standing
- 3–6 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in Plaintiff PI or Plaintiff Med Malpractice preferred.
- Extensive Federal court experience.
- Federal clerkship experience preferred.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
