Litigation Associate- Probate
Boca Raton
Boutique firm in Boca Raton is seeking a 2-4 year Litigation Associate. . The litigation associate will be working closely with one of the firm’s partners, handling probate litigation cases. Should be comfortable handling motions and depositions on their own. Although probate experience is a plus, it is not required for this position. Candidates must be team players! Requirements:
- FL Bar is required
- 2-4 years litigation experience
- Probate experience +
- Has longevity at prior positions (has not jumped around)
- Ideally mid-size to big law firm experience doing some kind of civil litigation
- Enthusiastic and career-minded
- Prefers in-office to remote work situation
- Accustomed to billing time and has averaged at least 35 billable hours per week in prior positions
