Litigation Paralegal
National Law Firm | Tampa


A prominent national law firm located in Downtown Tampa is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a firm known for its strong training programs, collaborative culture, and comprehensive benefits package. A hybrid work schedule is available upon permanent hire after probationary period.

In this role, the paralegal will work closely with attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process. Responsibilities include managing discovery, conducting document review, preparing and tracking subpoenas, and assisting with trial preparation. Additional duties involve summarizing medical and case records, coordinating with experts and providers, maintaining well-organized case files, handling e-filing, and accurately tracking billable hours.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience, a solid understanding of court procedures and e-filing systems, and a strong ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with iManage and iTimekeep is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
