My client is looking for a proactive Marketing Director to manage the advertising operations as well as the marketing for the Law Firm.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report directly to the CEO.
- You will communicating and coordinating with the sales and intake managers as well. This team will of professionals will work together with one common goal, the success of the Firm.
- Responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy in accordance with the Vivid Vision.
- Participate in the budget process and keep the Marketing Division on track for performance within the budget and a minimum 5X ROI.
- Develop a marketing plan annually,
- Support the firm’s digital transformation, maximizing Big Data, AI, and the meta to create new technological solutions to better the client experience, train and scale the firm, and use marketing data to grow the firm’s marketing dominance in the community.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with legal advertising guidelines set by each state’s specific legal bar rules.
SOME REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
- Prior experience in Marketing
- Prior Law Firm experience is a plus
- Management experience
- Excellent tenure
