We have been asked to locate an experienced, legal administrator to split time between the Firm’s West Palm Beach & Miami Offices. Personality will weigh heavily on whether or not you will be a fit for this very busy and growing firm. You will be responsible for day to day operations of the firms WPB and Miami offices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Law Firm Management experience with a minimum of 7 years experience at the local office level with HR, Accounting, Facilities Mgmt and local marketing. (those that are ready for more responsibility that are at a small or mid-size firm, will also be considered)
- BA/BS Degree; professional designation a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to get along with both the attorneys and staff
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Ability to be hands-on when needed.
