Requirements
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail.
- Take a file from start to finish.
Software experience required:
- Double Time
- Propel
- Excel and Word
Candidate must have experience in reviewing/preparing commercial/residential contracts, lender title requests and timelines; ordering and clearing title commitment requirements; ordering municipal lien searches, Estoppels, payoffs, zoning letters, surveys and other related reports and/or services; preparing closing disclosures/ALTA settlement statements, closing and conveyance documents and other necessary legal documents; working with lenders; preparing title policies; and performing reconciliations.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, together with an excellent benefit package.
