Paralegal – Family Law
Dedicated and well-known marital and family law attorney is seeking an experienced family law paralegal to join their team. This firm is located in south Palm Beach County.
This will begin as a 5 day in office position with the flexibility to transition to a hybrid (2 days working from home) position upon evaluation of successful 90 day training period. This is a a dynamic and talented attorney you will support and work very closely with for high net worth divorce and proceedings.
-Minimum of 5 years of Family Law Experience
-Drafting and Calendaring/Scheduling
-Experience with Litigation in family matters and E-Filing
-More than mandatory disclosures- will require experience with extensive financial discovery.
-Equitable Distribution experience
-Presence at some mediations is required
