A well-known national law firm in Downtown Tampa is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a great role for someone who wants to grow with a firm that offers strong training, a supportive team environment, and excellent benefits, including a hybrid schedule once converted to permanent.
The paralegal will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, document review, subpoena work, and trial prep. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and summarizing records, drafting and tracking subpoenas, coordinating with experts and providers, maintaining organized case files, handling e-filing, and keeping accurate billable time records.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of litigation paralegal experience, is comfortable with court procedures and e-filing, and is highly organized and deadline-driven. Experience with iManage and iTimekeep is a plus, though training will be provided.
