The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on-site in their Tampa office. The posiiton is on-site; after 90 days, a hybrid schedule may be available.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and summarize records received through discovery or subpoenas

Draft and issue subpoenas; track and follow up on responses

Coordinate with experts and gather provider records, radiology reports, and related materials

Maintain organized, up-to-date case files
-
Perform e-filing and related court procedures
-
Enter and track billable time accurately
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
-
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
-
Solid understanding of e-filing and standard filing procedures
-
Familiarity with iManage and iTimekeep preferred (training provided)
-
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
