Litigation Paralegal – Downtown Tampa (Temp-to-Hire)

The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on-site in their Tampa office. The posiiton is on-site; after 90 days, a hybrid schedule may be available.

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and summarize records received through discovery or subpoenas

  • Draft and issue subpoenas; track and follow up on responses

  • Coordinate with experts and gather provider records, radiology reports, and related materials

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date case files

  • Perform e-filing and related court procedures

  • Enter and track billable time accurately

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience

  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills

  • Solid understanding of e-filing and standard filing procedures

  • Familiarity with iManage and iTimekeep preferred (training provided)

  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
