Boutique law firm in Boca Raton, FL has an opening for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support attorneys in Real Estate areas of Land Use and Zoning.
Ideally, if you have some land use experience that would be great, but they are willing to train the right person. There is heavy billing as well as being able to log payments to the correct invoices, calculate referral fees when applicable, track payments due to our team of land planners who operate as independent contractors, as well as calendaring, lobbyist registrations, red lining etc.
We participate in quasi-judicial hearings, so being able to assist with preparation and execution of those hearings is important.
