Legal Search Solutions has partnered with a well-established boutique law firm to find an experienced, Spanish speaking paralegal for their Hollywood, FL office. This is a direct hire/permanent position.
Job Duties:
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records
- Hearing, deposition, and trial preparation
- Preparing and e-Filing of motions and pleadings
- Calendaring litigation deadlines
- Scheduling with JAs and opposing counsel
- Drafting of demand letters and compiling demand packages
- Reductions and negotiations
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of (plaintiff) PI litigation experience
- Knowledge of pre-suit and litigation rules of procedure
- Excellent job stability
- Recent PI experience
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
