Are you a skilled Probate or Estate Planning Paralegal looking for your next long-term opportunity? We are currently partnered with a well-established boutique law firm in Fort Lauderdale that is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal to join their growing team.
This is an immediate need for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of probate procedures and/or estate planning matters. The firm offers a collaborative, respectful environment with long-term stability and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives

Prepare and file probate pleadings and court forms, including petitions, inventories, and accountings

Coordinate with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and court personnel

Assist with trust funding and asset transfers

Track deadlines and maintain the probate calendar and court schedules

Conduct research on property, asset valuation, and estate administration issues

Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and/or estate planning law

Strong knowledge of Florida probate rules and estate planning procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases

Proficient with legal document preparation software and court e-filing systems

Personable, team-oriented, and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently and take initiative
