Are you a skilled Probate or Estate Planning Paralegal looking for your next long-term opportunity? We are currently partnered with a well-established boutique law firm in Fort Lauderdale that is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal to join their growing team.
This is an immediate need for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of probate procedures and/or estate planning matters. The firm offers a collaborative, respectful environment with long-term stability and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-  Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives 
-  Prepare and file probate pleadings and court forms, including petitions, inventories, and accountings 
-  Coordinate with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and court personnel 
-  Assist with trust funding and asset transfers 
-  Track deadlines and maintain the probate calendar and court schedules 
-  Conduct research on property, asset valuation, and estate administration issues 
-  Manage client communications with professionalism and empathy 
Qualifications:
-  Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate and/or estate planning law 
-  Strong knowledge of Florida probate rules and estate planning procedures 
-  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
-  Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases 
-  Proficient with legal document preparation software and court e-filing systems 
-  Personable, team-oriented, and professional demeanor 
-  Ability to work independently and take initiative
