Successful professional regional law firm, has an immediate opening for a seasoned Commercial RE Paralegal with at least 8 years of experience.
Regional firm has an immediate opening for a qualified commercial real estate paralegal with 8+ years of experience and title insurance experience.
Duties include
- All support aspects of a real estate transaction,
- Preparing and maintaining closing checklists,
- Performing title and survey review and issuing policies and endorsements,
- Researching public filings,
- Handling due diligence,
- Drafting contracts, closing documents, letter of intent, and leases,
- Coordinating closing/post-closing matters, and making closing binders.
Requirements
- 8+ Years of paralegal level real estate experience
- Title Company experience is good
- Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Florida Law experience is preferred
- This is a very busy office so you must be organized and dependable
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
