Paralegal or Title Examiner – Real Estate
Temporary to Hire Contract Opportunity I
Immediate Start – FLEXIBLE PART TIME HOURS
A well-established Fort Lauderdale-based corporation is seeking a Paralegal or Title Examiner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in real estate title work, permitting, and land use/zoning who is ready to jump in and contribute right away.
Location: In-office, conveniently located near Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting title, corporate, UCC, and land use/zoning due diligence
- Reviewing permits, zoning regulations, and municipal records
- Performing research and data analysis related to real estate transactions
- Assisting with UCC searches, filings, and corporate records review
- Preparing reports and maintaining organized documentation
- Providing administrative support, including file management and communication
- Collaborating with management to address workflow, customer issues, and production needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with real estate title work, permits, land use/zoning, UCC searches/filings, and/or corporate due diligence
- Strong attention to detail and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and organizational skills
