The South Palm Beach County office of a boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the estate planning practice group. This role is a key support position within a sophisticated practice serving high-net-worth clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment, enjoys collaborating closely with attorneys and clients, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and manage estate planning and related legal documents
  • Coordinate attorney calendars, schedules, and meetings
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files
  • Assist with billing, time entries, and administrative support

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of legal administrative experience, in Trusts & Estates
  • Must work in office M-F.
  • Probate and trust admin experience
  • Must have longevity with previous employment
  • Strong technical proficiency and comfort with legal software and document management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, client-service-oriented demeanor
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
