Our client, a boutique law firm in Boca Raton, is looking to hire a Paralegal for their Personal Injury practice in a temporary to hire capacity.
Must have the following experience:
Experience Requirements for Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
- Must have 7+ years working as a Personal Injury Paralegal in FL – consecutively
- Must have trial preparation and putting together arbitration binder experience
- Must be able to handle discovery, pleadings, scheduling, interrogatories, etc.
- Excellent organization skills
- Must know federal court deadlines and filing procedures
- Requesting bills and medical records
- Strong computer skills – TrialWorks is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Spanish is a big plus, but not required
