A busy and well-established Florida personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join its Boca Raton office right away. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to get in the door quickly with a firm that may hire permanently.
What They’re Looking For:
- Prior Florida personal injury pre-litigation experience required
- Strong knowledge of the pre-suit process from intake through settlement
- Experience handling new client intake, case opening, gathering records/bills, demand packages, claim follow-up, and settlement support
- Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Comfortable managing deadlines, files, and multiple active cases
- Professional phone presence and ability to cover incoming calls / greet clients
- Organized, dependable, and able to start immediately
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- In-office in Boca Raton
