A well-respected real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer 1–3 month contract project handling closings for a new development in North Miami.
This opportunity is expected to begin as soon as possible and continue through the next few months
Please note: This position requires on-site attendance.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a parts of the closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of new construction closings
- Prepare, review, and organize closing documents, title commitments, and lender packages
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, developers, HOAs, and real estate agents throughout the transaction process
- Schedule and coordinate closings
- Maintain accurate file notes, calendars, deadlines, and follow-up tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients and all parties involved in the transaction
Qualifications
- Must have prior experience as a real estate closer
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong working knowledge of Florida real estate transactions, particularly new construction closings
- Experience handling estoppels, title review, payoffs, and closing packages
- Familiarity with real estate closing software; experience with Closers' Choice is a plus, though candidates with experience using similar systems are encouraged to apply
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage multiple files and deadlines
- Strong communication and client service skills
