RECEPTIONIST FOR BUSY LAW FIRM. YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH/ENGLISH

Growing Law Firm in south Palm Beach County has an opening for a Front Office Ambassador for their front office.  You must be Bilingual Spanish/English with prior experience. This is a great opportunity to work as the first point of contact for the firm.  The firm is looking for the kind of individual that understands the importance of  this role

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to manage a high volume of calls and a pleasant demeanor.
Work collaboratively with the mailroom on scanning, associating and printing faxes and mail.
Scan and mail out demand packages.
Maintain a clean reception lobby.
Other support work as requested from Law Firm Administrator.
Qualifications and Experience:
The Receptionist must be bilingual (conversational in Spanish and fluent in English)
The Receptionist must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience working as a receptionist in a busy, professional setting with multiple phone lines(e.g. legal, accounting, consulting, medical, commercial business with law firm experience preferred).
The Receptionist must have a high school degree

This is a permanent opportunity and on site.   The firm is located near Delray Beach.
