Boutique firm in West Palm Beach, is seeking a receptionist.
This is a temporary to hire role and is located in office.
Candidates should be polished, professional, and able to interact with and accommodate high net worth clientele.
You must have excellent customer service skills, be organized, and be friendly.
Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting and welcoming clients and firm visitors
- Computer proficiency
- Calendaring and organizing binders
- Sorting through and distributing faxes and emails
- Maintenance of front desk area, conference room and kitchen
- Other office tasks as needed
The hours for this position are 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday-Friday
