Our client, a high-end corporation with offices in Coral Gables, Florida, is seeking an experienced and highly polished Receptionist / Director of First Impressions to join their team on a temporary basis.
This role is ideal for a professional who understands that first impressions matter and takes pride in representing an organization with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.
Position Details

Location: Coral Gables, FL (in-office)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: Temporary assignment expected to last a few weeks to a few months

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is poised, organized, and personable, with prior experience managing a front desk in a professional setting. You should be comfortable interacting with executives, visitors, and staff while maintaining a calm, polished presence.
Required Qualifications:

Previous professional experience as a receptionist

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Extremely polished, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
