A well-established law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area
- Offer beverages and provide exceptional hospitality to visitors
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with data entry, timekeeping, word processing, and opening new case files as needed
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience
- Previous law firm or professional services experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
