Receptionist
West Palm Beach, Florida
Full-Time | In-Office | Temporary

A well-established law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area
  • Offer beverages and provide exceptional hospitality to visitors
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with data entry, timekeeping, word processing, and opening new case files as needed
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Previous law firm or professional services experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
