Maritime and Admiralty Attorney

Prestigious Plaintiff Law firm seeks Lead Admiralty and Maritime Attorney to join its South Florida litigation division! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5-10 years experience working in the Maritime industry, along with trial experience in both Federal and Southern District courts.

Requirements

  •  Minimum 5 – 10 years of plaintiff  Maritime experience – Maritime/Admiralty Board Certification, a plus
  •  Federal Court experience and admission to Southern District Trial Bar required
  •  Minimum 15 Circuit Court jury trials, tried to verdict
  •  Civil Trial Board Certification, a plus
  • Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
  • General litigation experience required including motion practice, fact and expert witness deposition, and general discovery practice
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation
