Experience/Requirements:
- Full-time
- 4+ years of litigation experience – insurance defense or maritime law experience is a plus
- Experience taking doctors depositions
- Experience taking plaintiff depositions – personal injury cases
- Federal court experience is highly desired
- Experience with motion calendar and discovery hearings
- Some trial experience desired
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team-oriented
