Boutique Firm seeks Sr. Associate Land use/Zoning for their Downtown Miami office.
This attorney will become an integral part of the cross-disciplinary group and will assist clients with all phases of the land use/development process, including pre-acquisition due diligence and strategy, entitlements, state and federal environmental compliance, Coastal Act and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) and administrative appeals for all types of development projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
Experience
-Minimum of 4 years of land use law experience required.
-Candidates should be licensed in Florida
-The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling public meetings, researching and writing briefs, and advising land use boards and officials.
