A well-established professional law firm in Kendall is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to assist with its Financial & Banking operations.
The position is full time on-site, starting right away for an undetermined length of time.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced legal environment and is comfortable handling high-volume financial tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
What They’re Looking For:
• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience with QuickBooks Online REQUIRED
• CLIO experience REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage financial data, invoices, and banking-related functions accurately
• Professional communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Comfortable working onsite in Kendall on a full-time schedule
