Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury TRIAL Attorney to join a growing legal team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and successful case outcomes. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients by providing thoughtful guidance, maintaining regular communication, and demonstrating professionalism throughout the legal process. This role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, negotiating with insurance carriers, and preparing matters for trial when necessary. The successful candidate should be comfortable handling all phases of litigation and advocating on behalf of clients in court.
Qualifications & Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience
- Experience serving as second chair in jury trials required
- First chair jury trial experience is highly preferred
- Ability to assess case value and evaluate claims effectively
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing cases independently while collaborating with a team
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
