TRUST AND ESTATES LEGAL ASSISTANT WITH FLORIDA LAW EXPERIENCE We are currently recruiting for a legal assistant for a regional firm.
The firm is located in the downtown area of West Palm Beach. They are looking for a stellar legal assistant to support a partner and two associates in the Private Wealth Division.
Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
- Preparing and drafting legal documents such as documents for trust and estate planning matters, engagement letters, memos, new matter intake, etc.
- Establishing and maintaining paper and electronic files in compliance with firm policies utilizing the firm’s document management system.
- Scheduling, calendaring, time entry, billing
- Assists with the preparation of estate planning binders
- Looking for a candidate with 3+ years
- Attention to detail with every document you prepare for the firm.
